Without an account you can create 1 trip in total (1 day, 1 vibe), from the home page or Tripr AI. A free account gives you 2 trips every calendar month (1 day each, up to 4 vibes, with dietary needs and pace), saving, and activity swapping. No card is needed.

Premium is £4.99 a month or £47.88 a year (£3.99 a month) in the UK, €5.99 or €59.88 in the EU, EEA and Switzerland, and $6.99 or $59.88 elsewhere. It includes 20 trips a month of up to 15 days, 4 of 12 vibes, every planner tool, and 200 bonus credits a month (300 on the annual plan). No plan is unlimited.

Yes. Try Premium for 3 days with no card needed. It won't turn into a paid plan; when it ends you're back on the free plan. One trial per person.

Click "Cancel contracts here" on our Refunds & Cancellation page (no login needed), or go to Settings → Membership. We'll email you a confirmation straight away. You keep Premium until the end of the month or year you've paid for.

If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing and haven't used any Premium features, you get all your money back. If you have used Premium, we refund the unused days. Annual plans get the same deal for 14 days after each yearly renewal, and after your first year you can cancel an annual plan at any time and get the remaining whole months back. Monthly payments after your first 14 days aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime so you're not charged again.

Yes. Annual members get two emails, about 40 days and 7 days before renewal. Monthly members get a reminder every 6 months, plus a receipt every time you're charged.

Pounds in the UK, euros in the EU, EEA and Switzerland, and US dollars everywhere else. The price you see is the total you pay. Once you've bought something, your account keeps that currency.

Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. For customers in the EU, VAT at your country's rate is included in it and shown on your receipt. There is no VAT on UK purchases at the moment.

An extra AI trip costs 100 credits and gets the full Premium planner for that trip. Tripr AI includes free messages every day (10 as a guest, 20 on Free, 100 on Premium and the free trial). After that, a message costs 1 credit and a place, near me or trending search 5 credits (event and tour searches never cost credits), always after a button that shows the price. Unlocking someone's public trip costs 100 credits (Premium and trial members get one free unlock a month).

Packs are 200, 500, 1,200 or 3,250 credits (in the UK £1.99, £5, £10 and £25; the Pricing page shows your currency). That's up to 2, 5, 12 or 32 extra trips, or 200, 500, 1,200 or 3,250 Tripr AI messages beyond your daily ones. Purchased credits never expire.

Credits you buy never expire. Premium bonus credits refresh every billing month and don't roll over. Creator reward credits last 30 days from when you earn them. AI Credits & Usage shows each balance and its expiry date.

Yes, within 14 days of buying it: a full refund if you haven't used any credits from the pack, or a refund for the credits you haven't used. Use "Withdraw from contract here" on our Refunds & Cancellation page, or email us.

Yes: 200 bonus credits every month on the monthly plan and 300 on the annual plan. They reset each billing month and don't roll over. The free trial doesn't include bonus credits.

Trip allowances (2 a month on the free plan, 20 a month on Premium and the trial) reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Unused trips don't roll over.

Premium is paused until the payment goes through, and you'll get an email with a link to update your card. Stripe retries for about 7 days; if it still doesn't go through, your account moves to the free plan and you owe nothing. Your trips and purchased credits stay safe.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Plantripr never sees or stores your full card number or security code.

Yes. A trip you pay for with 100 credits gets the full Premium planner for that trip only: up to 15 days, directions, exports, sharing and every tool. If you delete it, it's gone.

Yes. On any plan you can swap an activity for another suggestion. Premium (and credit-paid trips) add the rest of the planner: moving and retiming activities, adding days, refining the whole trip and more.

Tripr AI is Plantripr's travel concierge (powered by Anthropic's Claude). It can plan a trip in the chat, find real places, events and tours, answer questions about your plan, and, inside the planner, suggest changes you accept or dismiss, read a booking you share, and find places near you. Your chats are saved to your account until you delete them. It remembers your preferences only if you turn memory on (one tap), and you can see, delete or switch off what it remembers in the Tripr AI panel or in Settings → Preferences. Your location is used only for the one "Near me" search and never saved; booking files are read once and not stored.

Yes. Premium and trial members (and anyone with a credit-paid trip) can share a trip by invite link. Friends can see every day, vote on activities and add notes; only you can change the plan. New trips are private until you share them.

Yes. You can preview the first day of any public trip for free. Unlocking a full copy costs 100 credits; Premium and trial members get one free unlock each calendar month. The traveller who made it earns 100 reward credits, valid for 30 days.

Premium members (and credit-paid trips) can download the trip as a PDF or Excel file and add it to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.

Yes, with a free account or Premium. Choose dietary needs (for example vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free) and a pace (relaxed, moderate or packed), and the itinerary is planned around them.

Plantripr is an AI travel planner. Tell it where you're going, who's travelling, your style (vibes), budget, diet and pace, and it builds a day-by-day itinerary with places, timings, routes and food suggestions that you can edit, share and export.

Itineraries are created by AI, which can make mistakes: places may have closed, or hours, prices and transport may have changed. Please check important details with official sources before you book or travel. Tours come from our partners Viator and GetYourGuide, and we may earn a commission from them (and from Travelpayouts) at no extra cost to you. Other links, such as OpenTable or Ticketmaster, are ordinary links.

If a trip or message fails to generate because of a problem on our side, your credits go straight back. If Plantripr isn't working as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you, in line with your consumer rights.
